My photo was selected for the 2026 exhibition, what should I do next?
Congratulations! Next, you’ll need to drop off your framed photo(s) at Preston’s Chandlery, located at 102 Main Street in Greenport. The print must be in a black or white frame (maximum dimensions 24 × 36 inches), with a wire hanging system or sawtooth attached. Matting is optional. Please make sure work is printed at maximum resolution. Please wrap work in protective covering to avoid damage during transport and installation.
If you are having production, delivery, or financial challenges, please contact impactphotoshow@gmail.com. Assistance will be provided to those in need.
will i have a chance to view the 2026 exhibition in person?
Yes! The exhibition will be on display from October 24th, 2026 - November 22, 2026 at the North Fork Arts Center, located at 211 Front Street in Greenport. We encourage you to join us on Saturday, October 24th For our panel discussions starting at 2PM and at 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM for a celebratory opening reception.
IS THE OPENING RECEPTION FREE TO ATTEND?
Yes! The opening reception is free to attend and open to all.
I WANT TO PURCHASE ONE OF THE PHOTOS DISPLAYED IN THE EXHIBITION. HOW can I DO THAT?
To purchase one of the photos included in our 2026 exhibition, please contact the photographer directly. If you cannot get in touch with the photographer, please contact us at impactphotoshow@gmail.com for assistance.
how were the selected photos chosen?
IMPACT is judged through a blind jury process. Our 2026 photo show received over 460 submissions, and we’re grateful for everyone who participated. Unfortunately, we are bound by gallery space limitations, which prompted the jury’s difficult task of selecting only a few photographs for the exhibition. i missed the 2026 submission deadline. will there be another show?
Don’t worry! Our goal is to host many more shows, as well as expanding programming to include educational initiatives. To stay updated, please join our mailing list.
